The 16th Annual Newport Beach Film Festival is is underway. It runs through the 30th.
Over 400 films from around the world will be screened in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Santa Ana.
Organizers say the festival enlightens the public by presenting a forum for cultural understanding and enriching educational opportunities.
