It's My House—Stay Out

Supporting Arizona's fight for SB1070 is just like fighting to keep squatters off your own property. If you want them here, let them sleep in your home. Keep them out of mine.

It's my house and you are not welcome.

That sounds pretty strong and clear doesn't it? Yet I am mystified as to why so many people don't believe in my right to keep unwanted, uninvited people out of my house. I guess they must allow free run of their house and property to anyone who wants to go there. Why, I bet they feed and clothe and educate them also. No? They don't? Now I am really confused.

Arizona has passed a law SB1070 which tries to close the door to illegal immigrants. By that they are trying to keep people they haven't invited to their home, out . They are doing so because the federal government refuses to allow Arizona to enforce the federal government's own laws. That aside the real question still gets down to, can you keep a person out of your home or property or building if they are not invited by you to come.

To all of you who welcome the illegal, uninvited guest to my home I ask you to stop. I don't want to trip over them. I don't want to feed or cloth them. I don't want to pay for their time in jail due to crimes they commit. I don't want them taking jobs invited guests or locals should have.  If you do,  put your money where your mouth is. Open your doors day and night and put a sign on your property saying, "Everyone is welcome inside."

Now I can't wait to see how many people do that.
