Torrontes is one of the most widely planted white grape varietals planted in Argentina. Characterized by intense fruit and floral aromas it has a soft texture to the mouth with fruit notes of peaches, apricots and lime, Torrontes is Argentina’s signature white variety.  Through DNA testing it is said that this varietal’s historic roots are a cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Criolla Chica, which helps to explain some of the beautiful floral fragrances reminiscent of Muscat.

New Age White Wine is best served well chilled; the bright flavors in this wine make for a great aperitif and also complement spicy Asian or Indian cuisine. This wine is lightly effervescent, enhancing its refreshing qualities, and is commonly used to make one of the most popular cocktails in Argentina called Tincho. The Tincho is created by pouring New Age White over ice and garnishing with a lime wedge.  With its lower alcohol level, 9 percent abv, New Age is the perfect sipper for a hot summer day on the patio or by the pool.
