City Council's First Meeting of 2012 Tuesday
The council has a busy agenda which includes the possibility of a new speed limit on Greenfield Drive, receipt of the city's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and a presentation of the 2011 Resident Satisfaction Survey.

The will be considering the possibility of revising the speed limits on Greenfield Drive when it reconvenes for the first time this year.
If the new speed limit is accepted, it will be put up for adoption at the next regular meeting of the City Council.
The council will also be receiving the report on the 2011 The survey was conducted by True North Research and results will be presented by Dr. Timothy McLarney.

The council will also be:
- Accepting the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and related audit reports for fiscal year 2010-2011.
- Awarding the contract for the Camino Capistrano street and landscape improvements phase II project for the amount of $384,385.56 to GASS Construction.
- Approving the installation of small sections of red curb on the eastside of Camino Capistrano south of Avery Parkway to create defined parking spaces and improve visibility for drivers exiting the driveways.
- Considering funding for the Salt Creek Corridor Habitat Restoration.
- Adopting the contract between the city and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).
- Approving the Master Services Agreement with U.S. Bank.
- Receiving the annual review of the city’s investment policy.
The City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the at City Hall, 30111 Crown Valley Pkwy.
