City Looking for Youth Committee Members

If you are a high school student and feel the need for some civic duty, the Laguna Niguel Youth Committee urges you to sign up.

Looking to give back to your community? Lend a hand at various events?

The city of Laguna Niguel is accepting applications from interested high school students residing in Laguna Niguel for membership on the Youth Committee. There are 11 positions available.

Application forms are available at Laguna Niguel City Hall at 30111 Crown Valley Parkway, Crown Valley Community Park at 29751 Crown Valley Pkwy., Aliso Niguel High School, Dana Hills High School, Junipero Serra High School and Saint Margaret‘s Episcopal School.

All applications must be received at City Hall no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, May 18.

Interviews will be scheduled at a Special City Council Meeting on Monday, June 4, starting at 4 p.m., and possibly Tuesday, June 5 starting at 4 p.m., depending on the number of applicants. All applicants must be available on both dates. Appointments will be effective Sept. 1.
