Council to Provide Performance Bonus to Construction Management Company
Tuesday night's council meeting includes a vote to award a bonus to C.W. Driver for its management of the construction of the new City Hall.
The City Council will be voting Tuesday night to award a performance bonus to C.W. Driver in the amount of $60,000 for “superior performance of construction management services on the City Hall project.”
In addition, the City Council will be approving the re-allocation of unspent funds remaining in the City Hall Capital Improvement Project Account.

- Approve the managed hosting services agreement with UNIT 4 Business Software
- Approve the selection of RJM Design Group for design of the Crown Valley Parkway Medians Project, at a cost of $28,900
- Approve a two-year extension agreement with Age Well Senior Services for senior transportation services.
The City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the at City Hall, 30111 Crown Valley Pkwy.
