Driver Identified in Fatal Laguna Niguel Crash
Authorities have released the name of the person killed at the intersection of Golden Lantern and Sardina Lane on Saturday.

Authorities of the Orange County coroner's office have identified the man who died early Saturday when his Honda Civic struck the center median at Golden Lantern and Sardina Lane in Laguna Niguel as Alain Urias Flores, 23, of San Juan Capistrano.
Flores, born March 9, 1988, was the only occupant of the vehicle, and was traveling at a high rate of speed about 2:30 a.m., authorities said. Golden Lantern remained shut down until 8:30 a.m. on Saturday
The cause of the crash is under investigation and a toxicology report could take up to 12 weeks, authorities said Monday afternoon.
