Legal Aid Lecture: Protecting Consumers from Dental Credit Card Abuse

This presentation advises consumers on dental credit cards and their rights when paying for dental treatment. A new state law is in effect protecting consumers who open lines of credit at their dentist's office to pay for treatment; some consumers believed they were signing up for a payment plan instead of a credit card.
