Once again the housing reports all indicated gains in home prices. The inventory has picked up a bit but so has the prices of homes that are brought onto the market. This area is hands down one of the most sought after markets for the affluent and is a great area to own a second home in, the jobs here are a bit harder to find which impact the market and the area. The Cities or Dana Point and Laguna Niguel are doing all they can to stimulate growth and economy and the new building going in at Crown Valley/Forbes road will be something new for our area can't wait to see the finished product. Dana Point has an area by the Treatment facility that sits empty that one day may house the same idea retail/residential. Time will tell...
