Laguna Niguel House Fire Cause Under Investigation
An early morning house fire in Laguna Niguel, on Lost Colt, startled neighbors awake.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — A house fire in Laguna Niguel was confined to the garage, according to Larry Kurtz of the Orange County Fire Authority.
The fire was reported at approximately 6 a.m. Monday, on the 27200 block of Lost Colt. While the fire department was alerted to the blaze, an in home sprinkler system managed to douse the flames before it caused much damage to the garage. No damage was sustained to the home, according to Kurtz.
"There was an exotic car in the garage that appeared unharmed," he said.
