Major Retailer And Grocer To Move Into Laguna Niguel Promenade

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — Residents have a couple new stores opening up in the Laguna Niguel Promenade this year, after city officials announced that a former grocery store site will house two new tenants.

Grocery Outlet and Joann will soon open for business at the property, which will be split in two in order to hold both businesses.

Joann will be 31,518 square feet and the Grocery Outlet will be 20,356 square feet.

Both stores are expected to open mid-to-late 2023, city official said, in the former grocery store site at 27871 La Paz Road.
