Man Charged In Sexual Molestation Of Two Dana Point Relatives
He was arrested and charged this week for lewd and lascivious acts on two young relatives, both under the age of 15, the OCSD said.
DANA POINT, CA — Orange County Sheriff's Department arrested a man for allegedly molesting two young relatives in Dana Point. Luis Miguel Dominguezcruz, a 36-year-old man was behind bars Thursday after being charged with two counts of forcible lewd acts on a child, four counts of lewd acts on a child age 14 or 15, and three counts of lewd or lascivious acts on a child younger than 14, all felonies.
One of the girls was 11 when she was allegedly first assaulted in May 2012, according to court records. He allegedly continued abusing the girl through May 2015.
The other girl was 12 at the time she was allegedly assaulted in March of 2016, according to court records.

Orange County sheriff's deputies were called Monday when one of the alleged victims reported sexual abuse by a relative, said Carrie Braun of the Orange County Sheriff's Department. The defendant was was being held on $100,000 bail.
Dominguezcruz was a suspect in the sexual assault of another girl in the family in 2016, but prosecutors declined at that time to file charges due to lack of corroborating evidence, Braun said.

Dominguezcruz's arraignment was rescheduled for Nov. 9.
