CAPISTRANO BEACH, CA - A 32-year-old motorcyclist killed when he struck a van in Capistrano Beach was identified today by the Orange County coroner's office as Joseph Salazar.Salazar was heading westbound on the Doheny Park Road on-ramp to Route 1 about 4:40 p.m. Sunday when his motorcycle hit a van, according to the coroner's office.Salazar was taken to Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Laguna Beach where he died three hours later, according to the coroner's office.It is unclear what happened to the other driver.The accident was being investigated by the California Highway Patrol in Orange County.City News Service
