LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA ā€” Orange County sheriff deputies sought the public's aid Thursday as they attempted to locate a "person of interest" in a homicide that took place in Laguna Niguel on Oct. 15.

David Moreno, who authorities said also goes by "Temper," was identified as a 38-year-old Hispanic man standing at five feet, nine inches and weighing about 200 pounds.

Moreno is wanted for questioning after a woman's body was found at a hotel in Laguna Niguel, located in the 28000 block of Camino Capistrano on Saturday, Oct. 15, authorities said.

The woman was identified as Griselda Petra Pinedareta, 36, and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.

Residents were advised to not approach Moreno. If you see him or have information regarding his whereabouts, call 9-1-1 immediately.
