Police Calls in Laguna Niguel This Week
A rundown of calls that came into the O.C. Sheriff's Department from Feb. 17 to Feb. 21.

Disturbance 6:55 p.m. Monday. 28100 block of Moulton Parkway. A 14-year-old girl reported being hit in the face by another 15-year-old girl at the pool area of the Pinnacle Apartments.
Disturbance 3:12 p.m. Monday. Cabot Road/Crown Valley Parkway. A local resident reported spotting a male subject illegally dumping material in the area. The subject was wearing dark-colored clothing and driving a Toyota Tacoma or Tundra.
Disturbance 11:01 p.m. Sunday. Niguel Road/Club House Drive. A local resident called authorities to report unknown subjects throwing rocks at passing vehicles.

Petty theft 8:34 p.m. Sunday. 27300 block of Heather Ridge Road. Officers arrested a 25-year-old saleswoman on suspicion of petty theft. She was in custody on $20,000 bail.
Suspicious person 2:12 p.m. Saturday. 30000 block of Crown Valley Parkway. A business owner reported that an underage male tried to buy beer using a fake ID.

Disturbance 1:24 p.m. Saturday. Las Paz Road/Pacific Park Drive. A case of road rage was witnessed between two male drivers in a gray BMW and a silver truck. The men confronted each other outside of their vehicles while stopping at an intersection and then proceeded to race down La Paz toward Aliso Creek.
Traffic accident 7:26 p.m. Friday. Greenfield Drive/Crown Valley Parkway. A witness reported seeing a white, older-model sports vehicle drive over the center divider and move into oncoming traffic, striking a light blue Range Rover.
Suspicious persons 4:27 p.m. Friday. Pienza. An informant called police to report seeing six to eight juveniles loitering near a park behind her residence and later hearing shots being fired.
Vandalism in progress 1:09 a.m. Friday. 28700 block of Springfield Drive. A Laguna Niguel woman reported hearing an object being thrown through the front window of her residence.
Assist outside agency 6:55 p.m. Thursday. 27900 block of Via del Agua. The Orange County Fire Authority called police for help after responding to a home where the resident’s son was reportedly having a psychotic episode and throwing items around the house.
Disturbance 12:13 p.m. Thursday. Rollins Place. A man reported to authorities that his female neighbor sprayed him, his car and his plants with an unknown substance. He said he had ongoing problems with the neighbor.
