DANA POINT, CA — Resident input was sought by the City of Dana Point this week as the city works to develop a local hazard mitigation plan.
The role of the plan is to develop actions and formulate proactive strategies to reduce the risks associated with natural hazards that may pose a threat to the community.
Disasters such as floods, drought, wildfires, severe weather and other natural hazards may impact residents and visitors, as well as threaten life, property and the environment.
