The Grand Sextile: Monday, July 29th

There are rare instances in Astrology where everything just seems to line up. On, Monday, July 29th we are having one of those occasions. We have very unusual configuration called a grand sextile, a six pointed star made up of different planets at each of the points seeming to encircle us. These planets all line up I a ring to give us the opportunity to shift our consciousness towards what we want to manifest and to plant the seeds that grow into success.

This configuration requires a minimum of six planets to line up but tomorrow seven planets move into line. Jupiter and Mars sit together in Cancer -- this is the energy of expansion and action together. Next in the chain is Venus in Virgo -- allowing us to discern what we really want. Then comes Saturn in Scorpio -- challenging us to focus on our goals. Pluto follows in Capricorn (yes in my book Pluto is still a planet) asking us to transform our blocks into useful knowledge. This is followed by Neptune in Pisces -- giving us the vision of what could be. And then, on Monday, July 29, 2013, the Moon enters Taurus to complete the circle.

While the day may pass just as any ordinary day – what you do and think about on Monday will have larger repercussions in your life. Here's how you can use this amazing energy to plant seeds that blossom into personal success.

Aries: time to try something new. If you can be anything what would it be? If you didn't have your current obligations and entanglements what would you be doing? And then take that idea and see if you can't incorporate some aspect of it into your current life.

Taurus: time to consider what in your life, right now, brings emotional fulfillment... and do more of that. Picture the tide flowing in with everything that you wish. Picture yourself on the beach, scooping up whatever you wish.

Gemini: you've been wanting to do better financially and yet you're stuck in a mindset of scarcity. Abundance is coming into your life. Don't analyze it, just know it.

Cancer: you've been so busy this year taking care of those around you. You seen to their needs, both physical and emotional. It's now time for your needs to be met. Ask for what you need.

Leo: you been watching from the sidelines for a little while now, waiting for your time to get into the game. And while you been waiting you been gathering more skills and more information. There's the whistle, time to step onto the field.

Virgo: the people in your life know how hard you been working, even if they don't acknowledge it to you. You need a break, something really fun. You need to figure out what would be fun to do and go do it.

Libra: the amount of opportunities around you is staggering, the question now is how to prioritize with the limited time you have. Jump in and take action, try not to get bogged down in analyzing. New doors will be opening soon.

Scorpio: you been saddled with some heavy burdens lately, and those things have really slowed you down. When you can't do for yourself you need to delegate. Call in the people who want to help you and let them help.

Sagittarius: you've been collecting together the necessary information for a large purchase or investment and the time is almost right to pull the trigger. Before you pick up the pen to sign the contract visualize the best outcome possible and watch it happen.

Capricorn: you're undecided whether this is been your best year or your worst year. You seemed to be walking on the edge of greatness, but it's an edge with a steep drop. Continue on this path and you will succeed. Don't look down, instead keep your eyes on the goal.

Aquarius: you're about to be tapped on the shoulder for a leadership opportunity. You may have wanted to work behind the scenes but others need you to take the helm. Ultimately things will work out better if you're steering the ship.

Pisces: you've been getting glimpses of the future and so it's time to put forth wishes for what you want to manifest. State what you want to the universe confidently and clearly. Let the universe assembly it and delivered it to your door.
