The former Heisman Trophy winner was acquitted in the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson. Her sister, a Dana Point resident, comments on the anniversary.
On Oct. 3, 1995, former football star, O.J. Simpson, was acquitted of the brutal 1994 double murder of estranged wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman.
The trial kept people from coast-to-coast glued to their TV sets and sparked conversations around the globe.
