Whiz Kid: Adriana Davinni

Whiz Kid Name:  Adriana Davinni, 7

Whiz Kid School:  Marian Bergeson Elementary School

Whiz Kid Accomplishment:  Adriana Davinni won first place all-around at the 2011 Heart of a Champion Invitational gymnastics meet at the Wooden Center at UCLA on Feb. 19-20. This was her first year of Level 4 gymnastics competition and best score to date: 36.550. She won medals in all four compulsory events, taking first-place medals in the vault and the uneven bars. 

Whiz Kid's Key to Success: Trains four days a week and balances gymnastics and her second-grade schoolwork.  Her tenacity, focus and work effort demonstrate that Adriana is a well-balanced athlete.
