Scripps Health and the Parent Connection presents “Healthy Chats for Girls,” a fun approach to the sensitive topics of puberty and growing up with Chrystal De Freitas, MD.
The seminar is for mothers and daughters, ages 9-12. Girls will learn sensitive information, like puberty and sex, in a fun way.

The fee is $60 per mother-daughter couple and $30 for each additional sibling.
