The 63rd annual Kite Festival features kite making and a parade to the beach to fly the kites.
Kite making starts at 9 a.m. and continues through 12:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded before a 2 p.m. parade for kite flying.
Fest also features vendors, music, crafts and food.
