‘Fresh Paint: Impressions of California Plein Air Artists" On Display at Library

A new exhibition opened at the Riford Branch of the San Diego Public Library. Fresh Paint: Impressions of California Plein Air Artists features works by 13 regional artists that paint in the fresh, open air. The exhibition opened Sunday and runs through Nov. 16, with a artist reception on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public.

Fresh Paint features landscape, cityscapes and seascapes.

A portion of all art sales will benefit the library fund.

Gallery hours are Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m., Monday from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:30 to 8 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
