Gamez Law Firm focused exclusively in attorney negotiated debt settlements. The firm opened August 1.
La Jolla welcomed a new law firm on August 1. Gamez Law Firm, headed by La Jolla resident Daniel Gamez, opened offices at 4225 Executive Square. The firm focuses exclusively on debt negotiations for both individuals and businesses.
“Many San Diegans are currently facing financial hardship as a result of complex and excessive unsecured debt,” said Gamez in a statement. “What makes us different is that we work to provide an alternative to bankruptcy for our clients through negotiated debt settlement, which is often the most efficient and cost-effective solution for eliminating unsecured debt.”
The firm can assist clients with credit card, second mortgage, medical and personal student loan debt settlements.

Gamez has represented Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, and GMAC Mortgage as a creditor defense litigator. He said working on the other side of the system has afforded him insights that allow him to effectively negotiate with creditors.
