Lightner Shares District Update

Every month San Diego Councilwoman Sherri Lightner publishes The SpotLight, a newsletter for District 1 residents. This month's highlights include street repairs and a look into the city's economic future.

In December, a total of 855 potholes were filled in District 1, which includes La Jolla. To report a pothole call 619-236-6611 or email sherrilightner@sandiego.gov.

Lightner also reported that she was selected unanimously by council to chair the new Economic Development and Strategies Committee, which is focused on the long-term vision for San Diego's economy as well as streamline the city's processes.
