The free-standing office building at 930 Prospect Street in La Jolla sold for $6.2 million. The 5,623-square-foot building is home to Coldwell Bank Residential Brokerage.
The Daily Transcript reports the buyer was Anita May Rosenstein and Wells Fargo Bank, as successor co-trustees of the David May II-Gloria May Trust. The seller was Prospect SD LLC.
According to the publication, the property was sold in May 2008 for $3.75 million.
