Breakfast lovers rejoice! Richard Walker's Pancake House is coming to La Jolla.
The breakfast and brunch spot, which has a location on Front Street in downtown San Diego, recently signed a lease for 3,173 square feet of retail space at Prospect Plaza, located at 909 Prospect St. near Fay Avenue.
The 10-year, 5 month lease from Sunset Lending Management LCC is valued at $1.1 million. Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley represented the lessee.
