The Gillispie School Buys More Property in La Jolla
The La Jolla-based school purchased three residential units on Girard Avenue.
purchased three residential units at 7430-7434 Girard Ave. in La Jolla for $1.23 million, according to a report by The Daily Transcript.
Philip S. and Victoria M. Padula, co-trustees of the Padula Family Trust, sold the property three units that total 2,167 square feet, the local paper reported.
It said that in July 2003, the property was sold for $1,075,000, with financing of $738.750 from Chevy Chase Bank.
