The Heroes Sing Through History at Free Concert Sunday
The veteran party band brings 20th century hits and beyond to the La Jolla Concerts by the Sea on Sunday.

The Heroes can sing anything. Or close to it, anyway. They’ve proved it over the years, building up a reputation as one of San Diego's most successful wedding and party bands. They specialize in playing anything the audience demands, so naturally their songbook includes a wide variety of songs and styles.
Over the years, they have played modern hits and big band swing standards, disco, rock, Motown and funk.
The Heroes is a seven-piece band featuring two lead singers as well as guitar, bass, keyboard, drums and saxophone. Other instruments, such as flute and trumpet, are invariably thrown into the mix from time to time.
