49 Arrested In 'Life Quality' Crackdown: Lake Elsinore, Wildomar

LAKE ELSINORE-WILDOMAR, CA — More than four dozen people were arrested across the cities of Lake Elsinore and Wildomar during a 10-day crackdown on "quality of life" complaints.

In response to complaints from community members, Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station deputies continued a “Zero Tolerance” enforcement throughout the cities of Lake Elsinore and Wildomar to address "quality of life" complaints. The operation took place Jan. 7-18 and cracked down on such offenses as "trespassing, public intoxication, illicit drug use, and petty theft," the sheriff's department said.

"These crimes are considered misdemeanor offenses and negatively affect the quality of life of our community members. All persons contacted and arrested were offered resources for homelessness, substance abuse and mental health," according to the sheriff's department.

The following arrests were made:

• Mark Adams, 25, of Wildomar for misdemeanor warrant and trespassing.
• Jason Anderson, 48, of Wildomar for trespassing.
• Kimberley Bourland, 52, of Lake Elsinore for misdemeanor warrants and trespassing.
• Mitchell Brewster, 27, of Temecula for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Robert Camacho, 39, of Lake Elsinore for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Flower Campos, 36, of Lake Elsinore for trespassing.
• Thomas Carrillo, 34, of Lake Elsinore for misdemeanor warrants and possession of methamphetamine.
• Javier Castro, 41, of Lake Elsinore for misdemeanor warrants.
• Mary Chavez, 39, of Lake Elsinore for trespassing.
• William Cockayne, 59, of Lake Elsinore, for possession of controlled substance warrants.
• Katie Colvin, 29, of Wildomar, for felony identity theft warrant, drug related warrants, and trespassing.
• Daniel Crimmey, 29, of Wildomar, for trespassing.
• Christopher Duran, 26, of Lake Elsinore, for trespassing.
• Mark Eiche, 64, of Wildomar, for public intoxication warrant.
• James Fedo, 23, of Victorville for trespassing.
• David Finley, 28, of Wildomar, for felony vehicle theft warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
