ANAHEIM HILLS, CA — A multi-car collision on the 91 Freeway FasTrak Toll Road slowed traffic for over an hour between Corona and Anaheim Hills, California Highway Patrol reported. At 9:30 a.m., a vehicle heading westbound in the Fastrak lanes of the toll road struck the center divider wall just west of Green River Road, according to the CHP traffic log. The initial crash was followed by a chain-reaction collision involving both a green SUV and a gray sedan.
