'Open For Business:' Menifee To Hold Annual State Of The City Address Nov. 5

The 2026 State of the City address will be the first for Mayor Ricky Estrada following his return from military deployment.

MENIFEE, CA — The City of Menifee will hold its annual State of the City address on Nov. 5 in partnership with the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The theme of this year's address is "Open for Business," which was chosen by Mayor Pro Tem Bob Karwin, highlighting the city's efforts to draw and retain businesses, and developing partnerships to support the business community.

"A strong business community is essential to creating jobs, driving investment, and delivering the amenities our residents value," Karwin said in a news release. "The 2026 State of the City is an opportunity to showcase our city's commitment to helping businesses succeed here in Menifee."

The 2026 State of the City address will be the first for Mayor Ricky Estrada following his return from military deployment. Last year's address was delivered by Karwin.

"Menifee's momentum is strong, its opportunities are growing, and its future is bright," Estrada said.

The 2026 State of the City address will start at 4 p.m. and be held at the Fairfield Inn and Suites located at 30140 Town Center Drive.

Following the event, the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold a VIP reception outside the venue starting at 5 p.m. Tickets for the reception are $75 per person.
