City Council Canditates Announced for Lake Elsinore 2014 Election

The Patch hasn’t written the story yet so if you aren’t aware of the news we have 3 candidates running for City Council 2014.   Two are incumbents  Brian Tisdale and Daryl Hickman, both have been Mayors of Lake Elsinore and one challenger Rick Morsch.
