Heron Goes Fishing: Lake Elsinore Photo Of The Day

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — "Definitely a case of the right place at the right time."

Those were the words of Patch reader Craig Sargent-Beach of Lake Elsinore, after snapping this stunner photo of a Great Blue Heron fishing on the lake shore.

Craig used his Samsung cell phone, shooting through a spotting scope, to catch this beautiful photograph, and we're glad he did and glad he shared as it is lovely.
