Blaze Destroys Properties, Displaces 4 In Lake Elsinore: Cal Fire
The fire started at a house and spread, burning three out-houses and a quarter acre of vegetation, fire officials said.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Firefighters extinguished a fire that started at a home and spread to vegetation in Lake Elsinore on Friday, officials said.
The blaze was reported just after 10 a.m. in the 17000 block of Baker Street at a single-story house, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
The fire spread and burned three out-houses and a quarter acre of vegetation.

Firefighters were able to stop the forward spread of the blaze, officials said.
Roughly 90 minutes after responding to the blaze, the fires in the house and outbuildings were completely extinguished, according to the fire department.

All of the structures were destroyed, displacing the four adults residing there.
Officials said Red Cross personnel were requested to assist the displaced residents with finding temporary housing.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
