'Irreverent' Retelling Of Christmas Classics In Play At Temescal Canyon
"Every Christmas Story Ever Told! (And Then Some)" is showing at Temescal Canyon High School this week and next.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — You know the classic Christmas stories, but not quite like this.
"Every Christmas Story Ever Told! (And Then Some)," a play showing at Temescal Canyon High School, features a number of holiday classics, performed with tongue in cheek.
"What begins as yet another annual production of Charles Dickens’ 'A Christmas Carol' soon devolves into a slightly irreverent look at all of our favorite 'Beloved Holiday Classics' including 'It’s a Wonderful Life,' 'The Nutcracker,' 'Frosty the Snowman,' 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,' 'A Charlie Brown Christmas,' 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas,' and much more," the school said in a news release.
