Lake Elsinore To Mull Construction Of 6 New Industrial Buildings

City Council will consider approving the design and construction of six industrial buildings ranging in size from 12,000-42,000 square feet.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The Lake Elsinore City Council is set to decide next week whether to move forward on plans for the Fairway Business Park near the Interstate 15/Highway 74 interchange.

During its regularly scheduled Jan. 11 meeting, City Council will consider approving the design and construction of six industrial buildings ranging in size from 12,000-42,000 square feet.

The buildings would sit on nearly 9 acres at the south end of Birch Street, near Chaney Street, and would total 149,500 square feet with 254 parking spaces, according to city documents.

The project applicant is Rod Oshita, Fairway Commercial Partners, Inc.

Tuesday's City Council meeting will live-streamed beginning at 7 p.m.
