To limit the spread of novel coronavirus COVID-19, county wide school closures have been ordered effective Monday, March 16 through - Thursday, April 30, 2020...

On Tuesday, March 17, 2019, the Health Officer of the County of Riverside issued an AMENDED ORDER closing all schools, community colleges, colleges, and universities from March 16, 2020 to April 30, 2020. A PDF copy of the order is linked below.

Online Instructional Enrichment. LEUSD will soon roll out an online portal for parents, guardians, and caretakers to use for at home instructional enrichment while school closures are in effect. Lessons and activities are organized by grade level and contain age and grade appropriate activities to stimulate critical thinking, to reinforce language arts, math, and other skills, with an emphasis on parent/child interaction.

Free Meals for Children 18 and Under. LEUSD will provide free meals for children under age 18 beginning March 23, 2020. Participating school locations, times and guidelines are listed on ParentSquare and on all school and district web sites under "Latest News"...this will be a drive-through or curbside service.
