Lake Elsinore Seeks Volunteers For 'Clean LE' Team

This program seeks to educate, engage, and inspire residents, businesses and youth to keep the City clean, beautiful and litter-free.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — In late 2016, the City of Lake Elsinore and the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) teamed up to tackle litter and illegal dumping with the launch of a new pilot program, Clean LE: Love Where You Live. This program seeks to educate, engage, and inspire residents, businesses and youth to keep the City clean, beautiful and litter-free.

The City is currently seeking volunteers interested in joining our Clean LE Team. The City is planning a series of clean-up events and will be looking for volunteers to help pick up trash and debris along our roadways and public places such as parks, parking lots and shopping centers. This is also a great way for our local youth to earn their community service hours.

By signing up online for the City's Clean LE team, you will be added to our interest list and emailed about an upcoming clean-up event. This summer we hope to host 5 to 6 weekday events in key areas of the City.
