Lakeside High School To Continue Offering Public Library Services
The public library will continue to be operated in conjunction with the Lake Elsinore Unified School District.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Public library services at Lakeside High School in Lake Elsinore will be extended for at least another three years, following approval Tuesday of an agreement.
Since August 2004, the school district and the county have agreed that Lakeside High School's library at 32593 Riverside Drive should serve as a public facility for the entire Lake Elsinore community.
That service will not end any time soon. During Tuesday's Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting, it was confirmed the county wants to extend the joint-use agreement with the district for another three years through Oct. 31, 2024.
