Menifee Receives Two Awards For Strategic Planning
Officials said the awards highlight the city's momentum as one of the fastest-growing communities in Southern California.

MENIFEE, CA — Menifee's Economic Development team has received two awards from the American Planning Association (APA) Inland Empire Chapter for the city's work on strategic planning, officials announced.
The City of Menifee was honored by APA for its "Placemaking, Unique Identity, and Tourism Master Plan" and its "Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy" (CEDS).
"The City of Menifee is proud to be recognized with two Excellence Awards from the American Planning Association for planning efforts guided by community input and local priorities," officials said Tuesday on Facebook.

"These efforts help enhance quality of life by improving public spaces, expanding access to services, creating opportunities closer to home, and strengthening connections throughout our community."
City officials said the APA awards its Economic Development team earned highlights the city's momentum as one of the fastest-growing communities in Southern California, and reinforces the its "commitment to intentional planning and long-term success."
