PERRIS, CA — A multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on state Route 74 in Perris has caused multiple injuries and delays on the roadway, according to preliminary reports from the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported just before 3 p.m. on the eastbound side of the highway at Hammack Avenue. Multiple fire trucks and ambulances have responded to the scene.
The extent of injuries was not immediately known.
