Neighbors Complain About Rowdy House: RivCo Deputies Arrest 7

The alleged illicit activity led to an investigation by Riverside County sheriff's deputies.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Assaults, drug use, county code violations — these were just some of the complaints coming from community members living and/or working near a Hibiscus Avenue home in Woodcrest.

The alleged illicit activity led to an investigation by Riverside County sheriff's deputies, who made seven arrests Wednesday at the location in the 18400 block of Hibiscus Avenue.

During the investigation, the following people were arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center:

  • Christopher Cogswell, 41, for a misdemeanor warrant
  • Sean Lowry, 52, for a misdemeanor warrant
  • Megan Richardson, 29, for a misdemeanor warrant
  • Stephen Ryder, 37, for a misdemeanor warrant
  • Amber Tombyll, 48, for misdemeanor warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Sandra Triplett, 49, for a misdemeanor warrant
  • John Weaver, 23, for misdemeanor warrant
