Save Your Spot: Reservations Open For Living Desert's 'Starry Safari Overnight Adventure'

The overnight experience - in tents! - for adults and kids is on select Fridays and Saturdays through spring. S'mores included!

PALM DESERT, CA - While they might not get close enough to poke a sleeping bear, campers can spend the night at the wildest place in the desert.

Registration is open now for The Living Desert’s Starry Safari Overnight Adventures, an after-hour zoo experience that includes camping under the stars for adults and children. The overnight series kicks off Friday, March 11, and is offered on select Fridays and Saturdays in March, April and May.

Guests stay overnight at The Living Desert’s Tent Village, where they are provided with a four-person tent and sleeping pad. They can partake in personal animal encounters, a guided walk through the park, s’more-making over
an open fire and a continental breakfast.

For Living Desert members, a “Starry Safari’’ overnight adventure costs $72 per person, plus a $72 tent fee; for non-members, the cost is $98 per person, plus a $72 tent fee. Next day park admission is included in the ticket
price. Special group rates are available.
