Stolen ID, Spring-Loaded Window Punch, Taser: All Found On Wildomar Man, Police Say
Police say the man is also suspected of using stolen credit cards at a Temecula business.

TEMECULA, CA – A man suspected of using stolen credit cards in Temecula was caught in possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia this week, sheriff's officials say. Wildomar resident Jeremy Foster, 36, was ultimately arrested on multiple felony charges on Monday and booked into the Southwest jail without bail, records indicated Wednesday.
According to Riverside County Sheriff's Sgt. J. Wade, authorities were called to a business in the 45000 block of Pechanga Parkway on Monday around 11 a.m. The caller said there was a man wanted for an outstanding warrant at the location, so police went to check it out.
"The reporting party provided a name and age of a male they believed was inside of the business," Wade said in a news release. "Officers arrived at the business and ultimately detained the male subject in order to verify his identity and check for outstanding warrants."

The man initially refused to work with officers and "appeared to destroy evidence" when he was approached, Wade said.
"He was later identified as Jeremy Foster, 36 years from Wildomar, and was found to be in possession of stolen photo identifications not belonging to him, gloves, a spring loaded window punch which is commonly used to break into vehicles, a Taser, and drug paraphernalia," Wade said.

What's more, Foster also had several women's purses and other apparent stolen property, Wade said.
"Foster was identified using an electronic fingerprint reader and it was discovered that he was on active Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) however, he did not have any active warrants for his arrest," he said.
Police officers recognized Foster as a suspect in a recent identity theft case, as well, according to the sergeant.
"While conducting their investigation, officers recognized Jeremy Foster as the suspect who used stolen credit cards at businesses in the City of Temecula on the previous day," Wade said. "Foster was captured on store surveillance cameras using the stolen credit cards to purchase consumer items and multiple gift cards shortly after the credit cards were stolen during vehicle burglaries."
In the end, Foster was taken to jail and booked on several charges, including second-degree burglary, theft and impersonation, jail records indicated. He's due in court on Thursday.
