Video as seen on the Neighbors app captures a thief casually breaking into a car in Lake Elsinore before fleeing the scene.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Cameras planted around the house catch all kinds of life: cute kids, mailmen, wild animals and people living a life of crime.
In this video from Lake Elsinore as it appears on the Neighbors app, a thief takes advantage of an unlocked car. The burglar rummages through the vehicle before walking away at the 1:02 mark of the video.
A man, dressed only in his underwear, then flies out of the house and runs off in the same direction as the thief.
