Watch: Hit & Run Driver Drags Motorcycle Down 91 Freeway
The CHP is asking for help finding the driver of a minivan seen speeding down the 91 Freeway with a motorcycle wedged in the bumper.
CORONA, CA — Police are looking for the driver of a silver minivan seen speeding down the Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona Friday with sparks flying from a motorcycle wedged into the front end of the minivan.
The driver, suspected of hit-and-run, later abandoned the minivan with the motorcycle still stuck to it, according to the California Highway Patrol. Cell phone video captured by a witness shows a wild scene. A steady stream of sparks flies down the freeway in the minivan's wake as the driver flees eastbound. Somehow, the motorcycle's driver escaped the crash with minor injuries, according to investigators.
The California Highway Patrol said the minivan and motorcycle were involved in a crash on the Riverside Freeway near the Ontario (15) Freeway at 7 p.m. Friday, NBC4 reported.
