1st Ever Bling & Balance Features Free Stretching Class & Complimentary Ring Polish
The Jewelry Box of Lake Forest Partners with Driven Fitness for Fun Health Event
“I grew up in Southeastern Texas,” said Christine Anzell, co-owner of The Jewelry Box of Lake Forest. “And when I moved here to Southern California, I absolutely loved the fact that you could work out outside! That meant a lot of jogging and walking – but eventually I realized I had to do more.”
In search of a fitness solution for her arms and core, Christine explored local gyms. “They just weren’t what I was looking for,” she explained. “They were crowded, impersonal places – and then there’s the issue of ‘clique’ behavior in some of these places. Nobody wants to deal with that.” A friend introduced Christine to Erica at Driven Fitness, and the rest was history.
“I love it!” Christine said. “The very first class was outdoors, and right away, I knew I’d found my exercise home. It’s been a year, and I’ve lost over 20 pounds, strengthened by core and improved my balance.” Working out at Driven Fitness has been such a pleasure for Christine that she wants other people to have the same positive experience.
“That’s why we’re hosting our first ever Bling & Balance event on Thursday, January 21st. Come to the store by 5:45 to check in. From 6 to 6:30, Erica will be leading a free stretching class – suitable for beginners, but you will want to have your doctor’s okay for physical activity! Then we’ll all relax with some champagne during a Q & A period where Erica will answer your health and fitness questions. It’s a great learning experience, and it’s all free.“
