According to Leslie's Inc., the company experts to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a smaller footprint and stronger financial position starting in early 2027.

However, with over 900 retail locations across 38 states, the longstanding company is not going out of business.

"Leslie's is here to stay, and we will be stronger for you on the other side of our restructuring," Leslie's Chief Executive Officer Jason McDonell wrote in a statement to customers.

According to McDonell, the pool retail chain has lined up interim financing of $90 million and a cash infusion of $60 million from the sale of company equity.
