99 Cents for a Flat-Screen TV or iPod Nano at 99 Cents Only Store's Opening in Foothill Ranch
The 99 Cents Only on Towne Centre Drive will offer a parade of deals when it opens its doors Thursday.

Per its name, 99 Cents Only stores offer a lot of items for 99 cents only.
Usually, though, those items don't include 22-inch flat-screen LCD television sets.
But when the 99 Cents Only Store at 26542 Towne Centre Drive in Foothill Ranch has its grand opening at 8 a.m. Thursday, the first nine customers in line will get a chance to pay less than a dollar for a Philips TV that usually retails for $230, according to a company press release.

The next nine customers in line can buy a fourth-generation, 8-gigabyte iPod Nano—normally $160—for 99 cents. The next nine will get a swing at the same deal on a $29 scooter, and the following 99 customers into the store will be able to get $20 wireless iPod headphones for 99 cents.
And the following 99 customers? A 99-cent Belkin NetMaster computer mouse.

- On Saturday, the 99-cent deal for the first 99 customers will be on Samba Maracas for the Ninendo Wii.
- On Sunday, it'll be the same offer, but for a 16 LED Power Lantern.
- Monday: A Helen of Troy Sunless Tanning Airbrush System.
- Tuesday: The Art of Pirates of the Caribbean coffee-table book.
The 99 Cents Only Store on El Toro Road and Rockfield Boulevard will also be having deals to herald the arrival of its sister location in Foothill Ranch. The first 99 people in line at that store on Thursday will get a chance at buying wireless iPod Nano headphones for 99 cents, and the next 99 will get to purchase a Belkin computer mouse for, yes, 99 cents.
