'After The Storm' In Lake Forest: Photo Of The Day

LAKE FOREST, CA — Sometimes, the most breathtaking place to be after a storm is right on the water.

Lake Forest resident Waheeda Kurji snapped these photos near her home on the lake this week after Tropical Storm Hilary blew through the region.

"After all the trees were shook with the storm, this is what nature brought back to us," Kurji told Patch. "How refreshing!"
